兔支气管败血波氏杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘要:
对从内蒙古海拉尔区某规模化兔场病死仔兔肺脏中分离到的1株病原菌进行了培养特性观察、革兰染色、生化试验与PCR鉴定,鉴定结果显示该分离菌株为支气管败血波氏杆菌。为进一步了解该菌株的耐药情况,对其进行了药敏试验及部分耐药基因的检测,结果表明分离菌株对青霉素G、阿莫西林、头孢拉啶等β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药严重,其次为四环素类抗生素,对卡那霉素、诺氟沙星等氨基糖苷类与喹诺酮类抗生素高度敏感。耐药基因检测筛选到blaTEM与tetB两种耐药基因,与分离菌的耐药表型相符。实验结果对兔波氏杆菌病的临床合理用药具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:
A strain of pathogenic bacterium was isolated from the lung of weaning rabbit, which was collected from a extensive rabbit farm in Hailaer of Inner Mongolia, and identified by culture characteristic, Gram straining, biochemistry testing and specific PCR, and the results indicated that the strain was Bordetella broncbispetica. To further study the resistance of this isolated strain, the drug sensitive test was carried out and some resistant genes were detected in this study. The results showed that this isolated strain was highly resistance to β-lactam antibiotics, including penicillin G, amoxicillin and cefradine, and tetracyclines. And it was highly sensitive to aminoglycosides and quinolones, including kanamycin and norfloxacin. In addition, blaTEM and tetB resistant genes were detected in this isolated strain, and the results were consistant with drug-resistant phenotype. This experimental results provided certain guide significance for antibiotic reasonably use to treat bordetellosis of rabbit.
